If Justice is to prevail all the previous facts, evidence and witnesses should be allowed to be seen and heard for a jurors to reach an informed decision. In The United States of America we are supposed to be considered innocent until proven guilty. In this case the system failed Jacob. If the jury is able to here all witnesses and evidence in this case I have no doubt they will find him innocent. What we have to demand as Americans is that legal right to be heard with all evidence and witnesses as mentioned be heard and not hidden from the jury.
